We have now reopened. We have been away for far too long and can’t wait to welcome you back!

During the Covid-19 lockdown we have made it our priority to ensure the safety of our patients and staff. In line with government guidance, we have reopened our clinic for face-to-face consultations with selected treatments. As we navigate together through the clinic reopening, we will eventually return to full capacity. We want to share with you all that as medical professionals,  we are doing our best to ensure our medical clinic is a safe place for our staff members to work and safe for our clients to come and have medical treatments.

Our expertise in medical care is at the heart of what we do: we are not a beauty company. Our patients include burns victims and cancer patients to whom we have helped restore confidence after scarring and side effects of (not after) treatments. We are located within the Royal Bolton Hospital grounds and have been for over 2 decades.

With 70 years combined experience of our medical staff and over 40,000 treatments carried out over the last 27 years, we want to highlight the importance of our values during this sensitive time.

We are medically led by a GP and regulated by the Care Quality Comission

Laserase Bolton has been inspected and is regulated by the Care Quality Commission. Our Medical Director, Dr Kiran Patel is a fully qualified GP and all treatments are carried out by fully qualified and registered doctors and nurses. We have always fully respected the importance of hygiene within our medical clinic with fully compliant infection control/cleaning policies and procedures in place even before the Covid-19 lockdown.

Our promise to you

The safety of our clients has always been, and remains our number 1 priority so we have introduced a few measures in our clinic to keep you safe.

• We only allow one client in at a time so there will be no overlap with patients
• Each client and visitor will have their temperature checked with an infra red thermometer
• Cleaning station within the medical clinic
• Facemasks given to all clients
• All clinical staff will wear appropriate PPE
• Regular disinfecting of our surfaces throughout the day
• Encouraging card and contact less payments where possible
• Consultations are to be made by appointment only

Because of social distancing guidelines, we’re limiting the number of clients in our medical clinic at any one time, but you’ll be pleased to know you can book a consultation today and avoid any queues.
