At Laserase Bolton we always strive to offer our patients the latest and safest treatments. We are currently one of the North West’s leading clinics for treating and improving facial lines and wrinkles using muscle relaxing injections and fillers. We have been asked by many clients, however, to treat the fine lines under their eyes and this is something fillers and muscle relaxing injections cannot do. We are therefore considering purchasing a blood plasma machine to enable us to safely and effectively carry out this treatment using a patient’s own plasma.

This procedure works by extracting a small amount of blood from the patient and putting it into a centrifuge machine to separate the red blood cells from the platelet rich plasma (PRP). The PRP is then used in the same way as dermal fillers and is injected into the face to smooth fine lines and wrinkles under the eyes.
