The key to finding a safe place for cosmetic treatment is to find a clinic registered with the Care Quality Commission. The Laserase Bolton clinic has been registered for the use of lasers since 1994. The Care Quality Commission is the Government Regulator for NHS and Private facilities offering medical, cosmetic and laser/IPL procedures.
