The importance of having laser treatment from a fully qualified practitioner was further reiterated this week after journalist Charlotte Cripps reported she may have been permanently scarred following an Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) treatment which went wrong.
She was left with ‘bright red burn marks’ after undergoing a treatment at a London spa.
